Account deletion
Email support@cognitivesquad.com from the address you sign in with and ask for deletion. Your account and every Cognitive Squad game profile (including the Chess Play & Learn app) are removed within 30 days.
Report a player
Include the room code or game date and the player’s handle. Voice chat is never recorded, so describe what happened.
Billing
Quote the payment id from your Razorpay receipt. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what we can refund.
